Gathering Space Policy Reminder for Groups & Ministries

October 17, 2024The Church Gathering Space is not to be used for signups, solicitations or sales of any kind. The tables and chairs, plus the congestion caused by interested parties prohibits free ingress and egress and creates a safety concern for everyone.
All table setups with signups, sales or information will now be found in the Multipurpose Room (MPR) or the Gym (Activities Center).
Only the Parish Office Kiosk will remain in the Gathering Space. If your organization needs to conduct sign-ups or solicitations, please notify the parish office at least two weeks in advance. This will allow us to reserve the appropriate room, print information in the bulletin, and display it on the Kiosk to direct people to the reserved space. If appropriate, we will also include it in the announcements.
