Celebration of Love Dinner Dance Registration

  $75 / Couple
  
  You may register up to 4 couples.
  3 couples registered together will be reserved a table for 6.
  4 couples registered together will be reserved a table for 8. (only 10 of these tables available)
  
  If you know other couples who have already registered and you would like to sit with them, please include their names in the comment box at the bottom of the registration form and we'll do our best to have you seated with them!

  There will be a large dessert table with an assortment of goodies to choose from.
  
  This event is BYOB. We will have mixers available for you.

  We will have reverse raffle games with $1, $5, and $10 squares.
  
  A silent auction with fabulous items donated by local businesses.
  
  Please remember to bring cash! Net proceeds will be donated to local charities.
